CCR - Music Video

How does your product use or challenge conventions AND how does it represent social groups or issues? My music video uses a wide variety of pop song conventions. The music video includes costumes that help convey and properly represent the characters' story. Compared to my research on pop songs and music videos, the wardrobe was in much darker shades overall. This helps showcase the different emotions the actor was going through. In the music there were multiple different angles and shots which helped portray different parts of the video. For example, towards the end of the video there is a low angle which shows the audience that the main character (Marissa Modafferi) has finally gained the confidence she needed to move on. My music video has a recurring theme between many pop songs which is a theme of love and heartbreak. Production Blog - The Finale

Hey guys and welcome back! This is my last production blog for the making of the music video. We are finally done filming. We made sure to hand around the device to give everyone a chance to help edit certain scenes.  Once everyone finished editing their scenes we had to main

Production Blog - Struggles with finishing filming

Hello everyone and welcome back to my blog! It has been a super stressful week with the end of this project coming up. I want to make sure I included everything I would need to finalize this project so that is what I will be talking about today. As for filming I only have to film 2 more scenes and we are completely done with filming and can officially move on to editing. The only problem with that is the fact that my school's homecoming dance is arriving shortly which makes it hard to plan our last day for filming. Another issue is Peyton, one of the main directors for this project is out of town the weekend I needed to get the last scenes completed. To deal with these issues, in class Peyton and I went over all the scenes that needed to be filmed. We had Mackena and Marissa on a facetime call. They can also be aware of how we want to get these scenes done. My friend Corey took this class last year, so he really helped Peyton and I get the right scenes to help finish the music vid
